I didn’t want to leave 1 star but I had to in order for me to write a review. This hotel has false advertisement and the employees have no integrity at all.It was my daughter’s 6th birthday,all she wanted to do was swim.I booked this hotel because it said it had a pool and was close to home. We were at the hotel for 10 minutes the front desk person said he could check us out so his manager know we didn’t stay the night to possibly get refunded our $162.41.When the manager was called he told him no we cannot get a refund and blocked him from checking us out. I would not recommend this hotel because if a situation arises the front desk people have no authority to handle the situation as they made it seem, they start telling lies,and the manager was very rude over the phone.We didn’t stay at the hotel and we are just out of our money. I believe something could of been done as a courtesy for better customer service. Also, when I googled hotels with pools around me they removed it so if they were not wrong why would they do this on a Sunday but I do have a picture. I would not recommend this hotel at all if you’re looking for great customer service and a pool. Horrible experience and horrible day for my daughter.
