What a horrible experience overall! It started so well, but ended with my home being damaged.

I spent almost 2 grand on an adjustable base and nice mattress. Delivery was scheduled. Delivery guys end up delivering a base with a cut cord (power adjustable base) and a mattress that had a red stain on it. They refused to take my box springs because they had been cut in half (which my sales person knew about because I had told him what I had had to do to get the box springs up the stairs when I moved in), so they were left sitting in the middle of my living room. And then, in the moving of items in and out they busted up the plaster on the walls in my stair well, a huge chunk missing from the ceiling along with gouges in my walls. While I got replacements for the stained mattress and nonfunctional base, and got them to finally take the box springs, I am still left with the damage to my home, and was told that I need to take it up with the delivery people (who THEY arranged for, and arrived at my home in a BRANDED MATTRESS FACTORY truck). Take caution !
