Worst experience ever Not even 1 Star worthy. I upgraded 2 phones and the rep Anderson gave me a speaker and 2 cases for the phones stating it was a promotional and free. So I am very happy to get free things anytime of course and then I find out that I’m being charged for these items on my bill for 12 months. I’ve been on the phone with customer Service as well as back to the store and the “manager “ Brishona” (not sure if correct spelling ) is never available and I’m told she will call me. 2 weeks later still no phone call. this is how sprint does business ripping people off. Worst experience ever! Stay away from sprint !!!!
