United States Postal Service at 1138 Baltimore Pike, Springfield, Pennsylvania.

Went to ship a package with 5 people in line and 4 post office workers behind the counter.
One with a red vest. One worker counting money talking to a customer asking about a box for a Playstation. One guy actually helping the next customer. The fourth post office worker starts taking the next person in line which is me and then hands me a marker to put the address on my package instead of a printed label then tell me to fill it out and just come back to the counter. She did it to 3 customers and then walked away to the back room and everyone who had to get back in line and start over. I was pissed. I said out loud this is ridiculous. I said at my post office i would have had the address labeled filled and everything completed at the counter and be done. And received a nice greeting before leaving. I do not see getting good service from this location. The do need a supervisor or better management.

Visited a few days ago. By far that worst location I've ever been to. The deaf guy is a great worker but the other two older black ladies are extremely professional. Nice but unprofessional. There were about 8 people in line waiting and these ladies decided to discuss some mole on one of their faces.. "Girl do you see this mole". Meanwhile all of us are waiting to be serviced. They had no urgency and we had to sit there are hear about a freakin mole!! Too old to be that unprofessional
