Charged me $80 for a "cleaning and lubrication" which is basically them just blowing compressed air into my fans to get dust out. They did this in response to FPS issues while I played games. They said "We think we fixed the problem". Took my laptop home and noticed no differences at all.

Went to a DIFFERENT repair shop and was told right then and there what my problems were by technician, parts were picked up and installed 24 hours afterwards.

Do not recommend this location, they don't apply a scientific method to figuring out your problems unless they're clearly visible and then give you a nice expensive "solution they think worked" and write on the bill "if x doesn't work then Y might, bring it back if there is still issues! (So we can charge you more money).

Rating: 10%, probably less. Irritated and feeling like my issue was resolved half-assed'ly.
